Students accused of violation of this policy will have the right to a meeting within three (3) days of the allegation between the student, their parents/guardians, the secondary school principal, the athletic director, coach, advisor and any other pertinent persons immediately following the allegation that a violation of the policy has taken place.
The final determination will be made by the high school principal or his/her designee after such meeting. Appeals to the determination are to be made to the superintendent of schools.
