Kiwanis, Builders Club, FFA improve Uhai Trail

Negative PCR test required for symptomatic persons

At the Albany County Executive Press Conference on Monday, November 16, County Health Commissioner Dr. Elizabeth Whalen announced a change in protocols for testing of symptomatic individuals.
