The BKW alumni basketball game was a great success! The competitive and fun game raised over $5,000 for the Becker family to help Lukus in the fight against cancer. Thanks to all for your support.
Trevor Burnside, a 2019 BKW graduate, visited his alma mater recently and talked to current students about Norwich University. Trevor is a freshman at the Northfield, Vermont university, the oldest private military college in the U.S.
BKW Secondary School has a new student. Willow, born on Sept. 11, is a Goldendoodle puppy, whom many have met already over the past two weeks. Willow is being trained as a certified Canine Therapy Dog. The goal is to have her certified and tested by the fall of 2020 when she is of age …
BKW Elementary School said goodbye and good luck to Mr. Whalen, our fourth grade teacher whose last day in the district was Dec. 20 before the holiday break. He is being replaced by Erin McNamara-McCullough who greeted her new class.
