Girls Basketball/Wrestling honors for Wright and Goodemote

Congratulations to BKW top athletes Alexis Wright and Tyler Goodemote for reaching milestones in their sports this winter. Wright scored her 1,000 point in Girls Basketball and Goodemote captured the 182-pound Class D Section 2 championship in Wrestling.

Students enjoy beets on February Taste Test Thursday

BKW Elementary School students enjoyed February Taste Test Thursday yesterday. This month’s Harvest of the Month was Beets. Nutrition Fact: Beets are rich in Vitamin C and keep your heart healthy. Students enjoyed a roasted carrot, beet, and potato medley in the school cafeteria.
