The 7th grade BKW team is excited to announce that beginning Tuesday, Dec. 4, we will offer our students an opportunity to participate in an after school Homework Club. Homework Club provides support to students who struggle to complete classwork and homework assignments during the school year.
Students will receive help completing their work in a structured environment. They will also have the opportunity to work through readings and other projects during this time. Students will build mastery skills with support from teachers who assign their work and will also learn from from National Honor Society volunteers.
Students are expected to come on time with all materials needed to complete their class and homework assignments.
This program is open to all students every Tuesday (Room 169) and Thursday (Room 172) 2:45-3:20 p.m. Students are expected to stay the entire after school period. Late bus passes will be given to students needing transportation home. Athletes are welcome to attend before their practice or game.
Again, the first day of Homework Club will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4.
