The Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified service professionals to provide administration of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) services for employees and retirees of the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District. Proposers shall provide a proposal for BOTH HRA and FSA services. Proposals are due by June 1, 2018.

All proposals must be received by 11:00 a.m. on June 1, 2018, and must be submitted in an electronic format (Excel or Word, as applicable) to:

The proposals will be reviewed and summarized and the results presented to the selection committee. The selection committee will then make a recommendation to the Finance Committee, who will review and comment, and then make their recommendation to the full Board of Education for final approval.
All proposals submitted become the property of BKW, and will not be returned. This RFP may be modified or withdrawn by BKW at any time.
