Pop-up lunch period demo to feature Asian-American cuisine

Interested in learning about tasty foods from other cultures? BKW Food Services Director and chef Lateef Clark will cook up some Asian-American-inspired cuisine at a pop-up demonstration in the Secondary School cafeteria during lunch periods Feb. 3.

Clark will prepare dishes such as tempura orange-flavored chicken with broccoli, vegetable egg rolls and fried rice. He’ll tap into his years of experience in the culinary arts and share some knowledge and tips.

Students and staff are encouraged to attend.
