Dear BKW Parents and Guardians,
As we move through this busy holiday season, I wanted to share some important information with you for the month of December. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions on the following topics:
- Elementary picture retakes for students who would like their pictures retaken, or for those who missed the first session, will be on Wednesday, December 15. The original portrait package must be returned at the time of retake, along with a $3.00 sitting fee. There is no charge for students who missed the first session. Please contact Adirondack School Portraits at (518) 792-7919 with questions.
- There will be no Bulldog Club program on Thursday, December 23. All students in grades Pre-K-6 will dismiss at 2:45 p.m. for the holiday break.
- To adhere to current COVID safety measures, the Elementary Winter Concert will not take place in person on Thursday, December 9, as previously planned. Instead, Mrs. Zayacheck will share a pre-recorded video link of the holiday concert with the school community the week before the break.
- Student Council members are selling Candy Grams through Friday, December 10. They are $1.00 each. All proceeds will go to the Toys for Tots program and Albany Medical Children’s Hospital.
- Holiday Spirit Week will be December 21 – 23. More information will be shared through Classtag next week from the Student Council advisors, Mrs. Richards and Mrs. Malone.
