The Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District will formally recognize the induction of our former students, community members and teams as part of its Class of 2023 Athletic Hall of Fame Class celebration on Friday, Oct. 6. The following program supporters, teams and players will be inducted on October 6, they are as follows:
2023 BKW Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees
- The Bishop Family – Supporter of BKW Athletics
- The 1998-1999 Girls’ Bowling Team
- Jeff Teats – Coach
- Annette Lendrum-Landry – Athlete, Coach, Counselor and Principal. Class of 1988.
- Charles “Chuck” Tanner – Track and Cross-Country. Class of 1987.
- Jason O’Malley – Basketball and Baseball. Class of 1987.
- Tara Trossbach – Soccer, Basketball, Cheerleading, Softball 1993
- Brent Safford – Soccer, Basketball, Track. Class of 1995
- Michelle Nasner – Soccer, Basketball and Softball. Class of 1995.
As a reminder, honorees will be celebrated on Friday, October 6 at 7 PM in the HS auditorium. Light refreshments will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. All are welcome and there is no cost to attend.
