A dozen BKW 4th and 5th graders delivered Valentines, song, and smiles on Valentine’s Day once again this year. The Hearts for Seniors program, headed up by Mrs. Thurber and Mrs. McArdle is designed to teach and encourage empathy for the seniors in our community. Valentine’s Day cards were created by K-5 students. There were smiles a mile wide on the faces of our senior citizens.
