Are you interested in the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District’s Universal Pre-K half-day program or the proposed Full Day Pre-K program? Then mark your calendars!
Information on both programs will be presented at Parent Information Night, March 6th, in the Elementary Cafeteria from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
And the best part? Registering for Pre-K is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Parents will be able to pick up a registration packet at Parents Information Night on the 6th, or in the Elementary School Main Office until March 21st. Pre-K registration times will be scheduled for March 21st-23rd, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- On the Pre-K application, parents can indicate a preference for half-day AM Pre-K, half-day PM Pre-K, or full day Pre-K. The district will strive to match students to parent’s preference, space permitting.
- The full day Pre-K program is contingent on the District’s budget passing in May. After the budget vote, a lottery will be held and parents will be notified which program their child has been accepted into.
