The power of music brings joy and support for the holiday season

We’re back in the school groove, but the BKW singers and musicians are still feeling the glow from their performances during the holiday season.

BKW senior Lorelei Kuhn shared her talents as a member of the choir for the CBS 6 Melodies of Christmas show, which supports the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders.

Additionally, during the month of December, band and chorus students in grades 6-12 shared their talents by performing for residents of Beverwyck Independent Living (Albany & Guilderland).

All proof that music can shape the spirit of the holiday season. Please note that event images w/ captions are provided below.
