Custodial & Faculty Charges

In-District Organizations

There will be a cost for a custodian during non-operational hours.

Example of In-District Organizations: BKW Academic Programming, School Athletic Related (as long as it is not a paid camp), Enrichment Programs.

Out-of-District Organizations

There will be a cost for a custodian during both regular operating and non-operating hours, plus a facility charge per the following schedule.

Example of Out-of-District organizations: Hilltown Players, Karate, CYO, and AAU Basketball, etc.

• Gym: $11/hour
• Auditorium: $8/hour
• Cafeteria: $4/hour
• Classroom: $4/hour
• *Fields/Parking Lot: $20/per use

*Additional charges will be imposed if special needs are required (painting lines, cost of rental for portable toilet/toilets, etc.)

No-shows will be charged a minimum of 3 hours for a Custodian. A Certificate of Insurance will need to be provided to the Building Secretary
prior to usage.

Regular Operating Hours

Custodial Charge: $28.36/hour

• Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. -11 p.m.
  • First Day of Classes – Last Day of Classes (School Year)
• Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Last Day of Classes – First Day of Classes (Summer)
  • School Recess (Christmas, Winter & Spring Breaks, unless it’s a holiday)

Non-Operating Hours

Custodial Charge: $28.36/Hour

• Weekends
  • After 3:30 p.m.

Custodial Charge: $70.90/Hour (Double Time and a Half)
