The BKW Board of Education formally recognized students for their exceptional academic success during its regular meeting on Monday, Oct. 26.
Board members and administrators celebrated the 87 students who maintained a grade point average of 93 or higher during the 2025-26 school year. Each student was presented with a certificate to acknowledge their achievement.
“This accomplishment represents tremendous time, effort and commitment on the part of our students,” said Superintendent of Schools Bonnie Kane. “Many of the students honored today are juggling academics with extra curricular activities and jobs, which makes this honor all the more remarkable.”
Following the formal recognition and remarks, refreshments were available for students and their families to celebrate the milestone together.
