On Wednesday, October 12, the Albany County Sheriff’s Department will hold its annual “Coats for Kids” program. For this year, the coat giveaway will be held at 3 p.m. at the Clarksville Station which is located at the following location: 58 Verda Avenue, Clarksville, N.Y.
