This month has been a busy one for the BKW Wrestlers. After hosting and winning their division's sectionals in early February, a record eight wrestlers moved on to the New York State qualifier on Feb. 10. This weekend, Matt Casullo and Joe Sprung will be the first students from BKW to ever head to the New York State Wrestling Championship in Albany to compete for a state title.
Joe Sprung won his sectional state qualifier and Matt Casullo received a wild card selection. Come support Matt and Joe this weekend as they head into the tournament.
It it encouraged to purchase your tickets for the event ahead of time as there tends to be a long line at the Box Office. Tickets are also available at the Cobleskill and Washington Ave Wal-Mart.
