BKW senior Kathryn Forti was named Valedictorian of her class at the Board of Education meeting on Monday, April 25. Marion White has been named Salutatorian.

Eleven seniors were recognized by the board as Top Scholars of the Class of 2011 for having a grade point average of 90 and above. They were:

Each scholar received a certificate of recognition and the congratulations of the school board, Superintendent Dr. Paul Dorward and Secondary School Principal Tom McGurl.

Commencement ceremonies will be held Saturday, June 25 at 10:30 a.m. at The Egg.
