Holiday drive runs until Dec. 17
As signs of the holidays creep into malls and retail stores, the community service-minded BKW chapter of Key Club is gearing up for its own campaign to spread a little holiday cheer.
The club will be working in partnership with the Albany County Sheriffs Department on the Hilltowns Holiday Collection. Club members will be collecting new, unwrapped toys as well as nonperishable food items to be distributed to Hilltown families in need just in time for the holiday season.
The club will be collecting items until Dec. 17.

Key club scares up funds for UNICEF
Meanwhile, the Key Club recently finished its annual “Trick or Treat for UNICEF” collection, raising nearly $400 from the community for the international child rights organization.
