Lounsbury hits career high
Congratulations to BKW graduate Matt Lounsbury, currently of the SUNY Cobleskill men’s basketball team. His team defeated Cazenovia College last night.
In this win, Lounsbury tested a special
milestone. SUNY Cobleskill’s website reads:
While it was technically “senior Night,” it was sharpshooting
sophomore guard Matt Lounsbury, from Bern, N.Y., Berne-Knox-Westerlo
High School, who feasted on the Cazenovia Wildcats defense, hitting on
10-of-12 shots from the floor, including 9-of-11 from the three-point
range for a career high of 29 points on the evening.
Lounsbury missed breaking the all-time, single game three-point scoring record by two shots.
Way to go, Matt!
