About us
The BKW Sports
Boosters club is a private not-for-profit organization. Members
of the club raise money to support, promote and celebrate
student athletes and teams. The group funds “extras” for teams
that may not fit into the school budget. In the past those items
have included the basketball and soccer scoreboards, school
banners, dugouts and more.
In addition, the club honors individual athletes for their
accomplishments and sportsmanship at Senior Night and
modified/JV banquets. The Sports Boosters also provide camp
scholarships for students.
The group needs volunteers to assist in fund-raising and
activities such as concession stand duty, collecting for the
50/50 raffle at games, making phone calls or even serving pizza
at a banquet.
The club meets one Monday a month for about an hour. The cost is
$10 for a family membership or $5 for a single or student
membership. Contact the District Office at 872-1293 for
more info.
